We do apologise if we’re unable to provide the answers to all your questions, but we believe these should be thorough enough to get through to most of you guys. 01. Ordering and Payment

A : You do not need an account to shop with us.

A: We understand that you may need some time to consider a purchase before confirming an order. However, putting an item in your shopping basket does not imply a reservation. The product in your cart may go out of stock. Do not worry, you can drop us an email to request for a stock check should it be sold out!

A: You can always drop us an email to enquire about stock availability! Simply include the design name/reference code, size, and colour in your email and we will get back to you the soonest!

A: As per below: – For orders above $25, we offer free
delivery islandwide. – For orders below S$25, there will be a $4 delivery fee.
NOTE : NO delivery to following locations:
To Sentosa, Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin and high security clearance places such as Army Camp, Air & Sea Custom district, certain government buildings/compound etc.

A: Upon received your order and payment, we will process the order within 2 to 3 working days. If time allows, please place your order online one week in advance.

A: All final transactions will be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

A: We do not accept payment upon collection. Please place your order online and make payment through PayPal, credit, or debit cards.

A: Being an efficient lot, we typically have your orders dispatched for delivery/shipping as fast as we can!
As such, amendments may be subjected to conditions.
Therefore, you are strongly encouraged to double check your orders before completing your orders as amendments will cause delay of parcel(s).!

A: We are sorry to inform you that we are unable to cancel the placed order unless otherwise. In addition, we do not offer cash refund for items purchased, thus, we are only able to offer exchange to another item or in E-voucher to be used on our online website.

A: After placing an order with us, you will receive an email acknowledgment.

 

02. Returns and Exchange

A: Please drop us an email, detailing the defect, so that we can further assist you in getting an exchange done!

A: Please drop us an email and we will rectify the issue as soon as possible.

A: We regret to inform that all sale items are strictly not exchangeable/refundable.
